Develop a response that brings Gen Z to the eBay marketplace to sell their preloved items. 

Big Idea:

Ebay is a store that sells things with stories. Your beloved preloved item deserves to be in someone else’s story. 

Insight:

Generation Z values narratives. They will take the time out of their day to read something personal.
